A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Here are the ones we use, what they are for and how to manage them.
1. Necessary cookies
Essential for the site to work: cart, login to your account, language choice, security of forms and payment (Stripe, Alma). They cannot be disabled without preventing orders.
2. Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
Helps us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, where visits come from) in order to improve it. The data is statistical and is not used to identify you personally.
3. Advertising (Meta: Facebook and Instagram)
The Meta pixel measures the performance of our ads and may show you our products on Facebook and Instagram.
4. Newsletter (Brevo)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, Brevo allows us to send you our emails and to know whether they were opened.
5. How to refuse or delete cookies
The easiest way: our cookie management panel. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, refuse all or choose service by service. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are only activated with your consent. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the small icon at the bottom left of every page.
- In your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), under “Privacy” or “Cookies”: you can block or delete cookies at any time.
- For Google Analytics, Google offers an opt-out add-on.
- For Meta, go to the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working.
