Delivery
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces ship the same day or the next day, depending on when you order. Other pieces ship within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the brand: the lead time is shown on each product page.
Which carriers do you use?
Colissimo home delivery, Mondial Relay pick-up points, and MBE for furniture, bulky parcels and fragile pieces. You receive a tracking link by email. Carrier delivery times are indicative.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and volume of your order and shown in your cart before payment.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. To Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal, costs are calculated automatically. For the rest of the world (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, United States, Japan, Australia…), delivery is on quote: ask for it here.
Why did I receive several parcels?
Some pieces are shipped directly by the brand. If your order contains in-stock and made-to-order pieces, it may arrive in several parcels.
My parcel is damaged, what should I do?
Write precise reservations on the delivery note in front of the courier, then send us photos within 48 h. We will take care of the rest.

Which brands do you offer?
Around thirty design brands, mostly Nordic and European: Serax, Muubs, House Doctor, Urban Nature Culture, LIND DNA, Bloomingville, Original Home, Broste Copenhagen, Kristina Dam… See all our brands.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Woodely is an official retailer of every brand on the site. Every product is authentic and delivered in its original packaging.
Can I see the products before buying?
Woodely is a 100% online shop. If you are unsure about a size, colour or material, write to us: we will be happy to help.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (secure payment), instalment payment with Alma and bank transfer.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Alma. The available options are shown at checkout, depending on your order amount.
How do I get 10% off my first order?
Sign up for our newsletter: you will receive a 10% code by email, valid once from €80. The code does not apply to LIND DNA, RED Edition and Broste Copenhagen and cannot be combined with another code.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@woodely.com. We will do what we can if the order has not shipped yet.
I am a professional, do you have trade terms?
Yes. Architects, interior designers, hotels, restaurants and shops get specific terms. Discover the trade area.
Returns and contact
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Items must be returned complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not match your order. Refunds are made within 14 days. All about returns.
