1. What data is processed by Woodely?
Woodleyoffers you various services that you can use in different ways. Depending on whether you contact us online, by telephone, in person or in any other way and depending on the services you use, various data from different sources are communicated. Many of the data we process are data that you provide to us when you use our services or when you contact us, for example when you register and indicate your name, e-mail address or address for this purpose. We also receive technical data relating to your terminal and access data that we collect automatically when you interact with our services. This may, for example, be information about the device you are using. We collect other data through our data analytics (e.g. in the context of market research and customer reviews). Where applicable, we also receive data about you from third parties, e.g. credit bureaus and payment service providers
2. For what purposes is my data used by Woodely?
Woodely processes your data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws. In this respect, we of course observe the principles of data protection law applicable to the processing of personal data. Thus, in principle, we process your data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy or when entering your data. This primarily concerns the processing of purchases and the provision, personalization, development and security of our services. Furthermore, we use your data within the limits of the strict rules of European data protection law.
3. Newsletters
We offer various newsletter services. When you subscribe to a newsletter service, you receive information on the topics covered in the newsletters. When our newsletters are accessed, we also collect terminal data and access data.
4. What are my data protection rights?

5. When is my data deleted?
Your personal data will remain stored for as long as necessary for the purposes of this privacy policy, in particular for the performance of our contractual and legal obligations. 6. How is my data protected by Woodely?
