Professional terms of sale
These conditions apply to customers holding an approved Woodely professional account. They supplement our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply to everything not covered below.
1. Opening an account
Professional accounts are reserved for registered businesses with a valid SIRET number. Woodely usually approves requests within one working day. Woodely may refuse a request, or change the selected profile, if the declared activity does not match the professions concerned.
2. Professional discount
The discount depends on your activity, from 10 to 15% depending on your profile, and may be lower on certain brands. It is applied automatically to displayed prices when you are logged in. It cannot be combined with promotions, sales or special offers: you always get the most advantageous price.
3. Prices and invoicing
Prices are displayed excluding VAT for professional accounts. VAT at the applicable rate is added when ordering, and payment is made including VAT. The invoice, issued in your company’s name, shows the amounts excluding VAT, the VAT and the total. Businesses established outside France: please contact us before ordering.
4. Quotes and bulk orders
On request at homecollection@woodely.com, we issue a quote within 24 to 48 hours. A quote is valid for 30 days, subject to our manufacturers’ stock. Delivery times are confirmed in the quote.
5. Delivery and receipt
Delivery can be made to the address of your choice (client, site, establishment). On receipt, check the condition and number of parcels in the presence of the carrier. In case of damage or missing items, write precise reservations on the delivery note and confirm them to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days (article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code), with a copy to Woodely.
6. Returns
Professional purchases do not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right reserved for consumers, except in the cases provided for by article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code. Any return requires Woodely’s prior agreement.
7. Payment
Orders are paid when placed, by bank card, in instalments with Alma, or by bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed upon receipt of payment.
