Yami Brown Ash Butter Board
Inspired by Japan and designed by Birgitte Rømer, the Yami butter board in carbonised ash brings understated elegance to the breakfast table. Placed next to fresh bread, it holds a block of butter or cheese and turns an everyday gesture into a small ritual. It goes well with stoneware, linen and the other pieces in the Yami series.
Wash with water and mild detergent, not in the dishwasher, and nourish it from time to time with a little cooking oil. The smell of carbonised ash fades with use.
Muubs is a Danish brand that works with raw, natural materials (wood, stone, ceramics) to create objects with authentic character, designed to last and develop a patina over time.
